Become a volunteer

Pass IT On simply could not survive without its volunteers.  There are many different ways in which our volunteers help us including:
  • IT technician – building, refurbishing and testing computers
  • fundraising
  • driving to collect donations of computers and equipment
  • writing tutorials
  • language translations for our clients
  • developing our website
  • marketing and social media support
We offer our own training for volunteers, who can work through the curriculum at a pace that suits them.  After completing all the modules, volunteers are able to build a computer from scratch, configure a router, make network cables, install a range of common operating systems and carry out basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
